Yoga is for every body.

At Nature Yoga Institute, each practice can be adapted to the needs, rhythm and lived experience of the individual. Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga both invite slowness, presence and body awareness, while supporting the body in different ways.

Yoga Integral

A holistic practice that brings together movement, breath, relaxation, meditation and self-awareness to support the whole person, integrating body, mind and everyday life.

Yin Yoga

A gentle, sustained practice that explores deeper tissues, fascia, joints, mobility and interoception through mindful stillness, without force or pain.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply supported practice using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, chairs or the wall to invite rest, safety and nervous system recovery.

Somatic Yoga

A body-aware approach that uses slow movement, sensing and breath to help you notice patterns, release tension and reconnect with internal cues.

Yoga Therapy

An individualized approach that adapts yoga tools to your body, goals and current needs, supporting balance, regulation and everyday wellbeing.

Which style feels most supportive for you? What if we designed a Personal Yoga class that blends one or more practices around what your body needs now?
